Aloo Papri Chaat Masala Recipe

Image
Street vendors selling golgappas can be identified by the rectangular glass case filled with the empty pastry shells that sits atop their cart. These vendors usually also sell papri chaat. To make this chaat, a generous plateful of papris (flaky cumin-flavoured pastry discs) are dressed with curd, potato and chickpea mixture, a generous dollop of unctuous sweet-sour tamarind chutney, green chutney (coriander and green chillies), and the requisite sprinkle of chaat masala. Papri chaat is finger-licking delicious and it is interesting to note that the word chaat means to lick. Papri chaat is easy to prepare at home. Crispy, spicy, hot and sweet flavours come together to make Papdi Chaat delicious to eat as a snack or as a great meal alternative. Also known as papri chaat or Paapri Chaat, it is a popular fast food served in India. Papri refers to wafers and the word chaat is used for several fast food snacks and meals. Renault Duster 2025: Why You Should Buy It

Image
The Renault Duster is one of the best-selling cars on the market, and one look is enough to understand why. It's high off the ground, has a striking, modern exterior design, and the same goes for the interior. The Renault Duster has been one of the most popular cars on the market for years: attractive, practical, rational, spacious, and competitively priced. With the arrival of the Renault Duster 2025, there has been a significant leap forward in efficiency. Movie Review: Barfi

Image
Barfi! stands out. A little shorter than usual (2h30), time passes very quickly and I'll explain why. Set in 1970s Darjeeling, India, this is the story of three kids who learn that love is the only way to transcend the invisible barriers of society. His name is Murphy, but everyone calls him Barfi. He is a quick-witted guy who always has a new joke under his cap - and to think he is deaf and dumb! His bittersweet relationships with two girls Shruti (Ileana D'cruz) and Jhilmil (Priyanka Chopra, former Miss World) set in motion a chain of events that will turn his life upside down. An old man gets up from his hospital bed and sets up a tripod camera to take a picture of himself. The camera goes off while he is combing his hair, the man stands up to the camera and collapses. A woman, Shruti, then begins to narrate the story of this man. She regretted not having any satisfactory photo of him but he had promised her that before he died he would take one for her, that she could fra...

Movie Review - Naan Ee

Image
Telugu cinema strikes the eye once again with the bilingual film Naan Ee directed by S. S. Rajamouli. The movie starts with a kid asking his father to tell him a story. The father tells him the story of Naan Ee. When young Nani meets the attractive Bindu by chance, it's love at first sight. Eyes exchange and a game of seduction begins to emerge, soon to give birth to a pure and sincere love. How cute. Except that life is not just about winks, rose petals and smiles filmed in slow motion. Life is also a beautiful bitch who never misses an opportunity to kick you in the balls. And Nani will learn this brutally when he is murdered by Sudeep, a rich entrepreneur who has also set his sights on Bindu. The fact remains that death is not an end in itself and our combative Nani soon reincarnates as a fly! Eager to protect Bindu, but also to take revenge, the insect trains hard and decides to go to war against the infamous Sudeep. If monotheistic religions (Christianity, Islam and Judaism...
